1. Do I have to come to your place with my car so that you can deliver the mats to me?

No, you only have to enter the brand, model and year of manufacture of the product you are ordering; we will use this data to produce the mats made to measure. If there are still questions, which is very seldom the case, we will contact you.

2. Do I have a guarantee that the floor mats and trunk mats will fit?

Yes you did. If it doesn't fit as described, you have the right to a replacement, which will of course be replaced and sent to you free of charge.

3. How long does production and shipping take? 

Production and shipping currently take around 3.5 to 6.5 weeks. 

4. Is the shipping of my products insured?

Yes, we only ship with insured shipping. 

5. You also offer customizable mats, can I have a logo such as BMW, Audi etc. knitted?

Unfortunately, that doesn't work because we don't have the respective rights or licenses from the respective manufacturers. We would be liable to prosecution. However, if you have a company and your own logo, you can have this embroidered. You can also choose names, e.g. B. those of your children. 

 6. Do I have a guarantee on the mats?

Yes, we have a 1 year guarantee on the products you order.
